Sorry about the pic. I didn't mean to catch you bending over. Digital cameras are not as fast with shutter speed as they could be. It was nice training with you and the invite is still there to come to Greensboro (AC Fitness) any time and train with us.

Hey Mike,
I believe that you told me you guys train at AC on Mon (ME SQ) and Tues (SP BP)? I will be in the G'boro area Wed and Thurs this week. I plan on hitting ECBB on Thurs.

Steve,
You're right. Mondays are ME SQ/DL, Tuesdays are DE Bench, Thursdays are Speed/Accessory stuff for SQ/DL at ECBB and Fridays are ME bench either at GCBB, ECBB or AC Fitness. We do a thing on Weds at AC that I call the Chubb Club where we take, don't laugh too hard, a Yoga stretching class with a hot looking Yogini (Yogi Frank's girlfriend/partner). It works the kinks out and she's easy on the eyes and a real sweetie. If you need to train Weds just let me know and we can accomodate you, otherwise I'll see you at ECBB on Thurs.
